This working paper is part of the project ‘Team Concepts and Diversification’ which aims to analyse current debates and developments in relation to staff profiles and team concepts, which are a reaction on the parallel challenges of professionalization, staff shortages, and diversifying needs of children and families in Germany as elsewhere. Finland, Ireland and Slovenia are the countries in case.
