Research into children, youth and family

Research at the DJI is divided into five areas. DJI survey research is based in the Department of Social Monitoring and Methodology. The results of large-scale surveys such as the DJI survey AID:A serve the purpose of ongoing social reporting. The three divisions K (children), J (youth) and F (family) are each divided into four research departments (RD). The projects on youth transitions form a separate research focus area. The Gender Unit and the Children and Youth Policy Unit form part of the institute management.
